Bullseye Odisha is the sole organization in Odisha responsible for managing and coordinating the State Blind Football Team. It acts as the official governing body overseeing all blind football matches and tournaments conducted across the state.
Bullseye Odisha is also the pioneering organization that introduced Blind Archery in Odisha in 2025, marking the first-ever blind archery initiative in India, led by the organization.
It functions as a multi-sport hub, hosting a diverse range of sporting activities across disciplines, including both men's and women's participation, ensuring equal opportunities and inclusive growth.
