Partially Sighted Football was introduced in India for the first time in 2025 by the Indian Blind Football Federation. In the same year, Odisha proudly formed its state team under the Bullseye initiative.

This format of football provides an incredible opportunity for athletes with partial vision to showcase their skills, coordination, and competitive spirit on a professional platform.
